Notes:

Variation: Substitute 1/2 cup shredded cheese for the topping instead of bread crumbs.

Other veggies to add: onions, peppers, mushrooms, celery

Tuna Noodle Casserole

8 oz. pasta
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans Campbells cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 cup frozen peas
2 12 oz. cans tuna, drained
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Cook pasta. Saute onion until soft. Stir pasta, soup, milk, peas and tuna in a 3-quart casserole dish. Bake at 400˚ for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over tuna mixture. Bake for 5 minutes more.
